- Orders above ₹10,000: Complimentary 100% Insured Delivery across all serviceable pincodes in India.
- Orders below ₹10,000: A flat nominal fee of ₹250 is applied towards secure vault packaging and transit insurance coverage.

5 Packaging Security & Doorstep Verification
To preserve total confidentiality and prevent in-transit pilferage, we employ a multi-layered security protocol:
- Discreet Outer Box: The outer shipping carton bears no reference to "jewellery", "gold", "diamonds", or luxury contents to eliminate en-route visibility.
- Tamper-Evident Security Seal: The inner jewellery presentation box is encased in a specialized poly-tamper pouch with laser-numbered micro-seals. If this seal is broken or compromised, patrons must decline delivery immediately.
- Mandatory One-Time Password (OTP) Handover: Delivery agents are authorized to hand over the jewellery shipment solely upon entry of an authentic 4-digit or 6-digit OTP dispatched to the purchaser’s registered mobile number at the time of delivery.
- Recipient Identity Check: For high-value consignments, the courier representative may request the recipient to produce a matching Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport).
We kindly recommend patrons to record an uncut video while opening the outer courier packaging. This establishes definitive chain-of-custody documentation in the unlikely event of damage or stone loosening during transport.
6 Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
Upon handover of your parcel to our logistics partners, an automated dispatch notification is transmitted via SMS, email, and WhatsApp containing:

- Direct live tracking link
- Expected delivery date and delivery partner contact information
7 Delivery Exceptions & Re-Attempts
Our logistics partners make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect recipient address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to furnish the delivery OTP, the consignment will be returned to our Jayanagar boutique vault. Re-dispatch may incur additional re-shipping and insurance fees.
