Shree Arham Jewels – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shree Arham Jewels. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our store and, where applicable, through our website or other official sales channels.

By purchasing jewellery or placing an order with Shree Arham Jewels, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1 Exchange Policy

Jewellery may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Original Invoice: The original purchase invoice/bill must be provided.
• Condition: The jewellery must be returned in its original and fresh condition.
• No Alterations: The jewellery must not have been altered, damaged, resized, repaired, or excessively used.
• Inspection: Exchange eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by Shree Arham Jewels.

Shree Arham Jewels will not be responsible for damage or loss caused due to improper handling, breakage, enamel chipping, falling stones, accidental damage, or improper use after purchase.

Certain customised, altered, engraved, made-to-order, or specially ordered products may not be eligible for exchange.

2 Diamond Buyback

Eligible diamond jewellery may qualify for an 80% buyback value on the diamond component, calculated on the applicable diamond value after adjustment of discounts or other applicable deductions.

Diamond buyback is subject to:

• Production of the original invoice.
• Production of the applicable guarantee/certificate card (e.g., SGL / IGI or store authenticity certificate).
• Verification and inspection of the jewellery by our certified gemologists.
• Confirmation of the diamond specifications and condition.

3 KYC Requirements

Shree Arham Jewels may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the Government of India.

Customers may be required to provide:

• PAN Card
• Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID)
• Address proof
• Bank details, where applicable
• Any additional documents required under applicable law

PAN details are legally mandatory for eligible transactions exceeding statutory limits (such as single transactions exceeding ₹2,00,000 as per Section 269ST and 139A of the Indian Income Tax Act).

Cash transactions will only be accepted within the limits permitted under applicable Indian law.

Shree Arham Jewels reserves the right to refuse or suspend any transaction where legally required KYC documentation has not been provided.

4 Gold Buyback

Gold buyback may be offered subject to:

• Production of the original purchase invoice.
• Verification of the jewellery and BIS 916 Hallmark / HUID purity engraving.
• Submission of valid government-issued photo identification.
• Completion of applicable KYC requirements.
• Submission of customer bank details where required for direct account settlement.

For eligible jewellery purchased from Shree Arham Jewels, the applicable buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of buyback.

As per the current store policy:

Applicable deductions may vary depending on the purity, condition, product category and applicable company policy at the time of buyback.

Stones, making charges, wastage, taxes and other charges may not be included when determining gold buyback value unless specifically agreed otherwise.

5 Product Care

Jewellery requires proper care, careful wearing, and gentle handling.

Products containing white gold, silver, Kundan, Polki, uncut diamonds, ruby or similar materials may naturally undergo changes in appearance, colour, polish or finish over time due to environmental factors, perfumes, humidity, or moisture.

Certain jewellery may develop an antique or oxidised appearance through regular use.

Eligible products may be repolished or serviced depending on their condition. If such jewellery is offered for exchange or buyback, its value may be calculated only based on the applicable gold or silver buyback value and not necessarily the original retail purchase price.

6 Customised and Made-to-Order Jewellery

Quotations provided for customised jewellery are estimates based on initial design sketches and tentative metal weights.

The final price payable will be determined based on applicable rates and specifications at the time of completion or delivery.

Because customised jewellery is handcrafted by skilled master karigars, there may be reasonable variations in:

• Final weight
• Design dimensions
• Stone placement
• Finishing
• Manufacturing characteristics
• Final price

A variation of approximately 10% to 20% in weight, design specifications or price may occur depending on the nature of the customised product.

Customers will be informed of material changes wherever reasonably possible before final delivery.

7 Order Cancellation

Once production or customisation of an order has commenced, cancellation may be subject to deductions.

Where an order is cancelled:

• Making charges may be deducted.
• Wastage charges may be deducted.
• Customisation or production expenses already incurred may be deducted.
• Certain customised orders may be non-refundable.

Cash refunds may not be permitted for customised or cancelled orders where costs have already been incurred.

Any eligible refund, store credit or exchange will be determined according to the nature and status of the order.

8 Pricing

Gold, silver, diamond and precious-metal prices change according to prevailing market rates and international bullion markets.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, quotations do not permanently lock the metal or gemstone price.

The price applicable at the time of billing, final confirmation or delivery may apply depending on the type of order.

Taxes (GST @ 3% or applicable rate), making charges, wastage charges, stone charges and other applicable fees may be charged separately.

9 Online Payment Gateway Terms & Security

For all digital and online payments conducted via our official website, Shree Arham Jewels partners with RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay, PayU, and affiliated banks).

• Accepted Payment Methods: Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), Debit Cards, Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking from 50+ Indian banks, and approved bank EMI options.
• Payment Authentication: All online transactions are fortified by 3D Secure / Multi-Factor OTP verification as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India.
• No Storage of Financial Credentials: Shree Arham Jewels does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or UPI MPINs on our web servers.
• Transaction Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted only after successful receipt of authorization from the payment gateway. If funds are debited but the order does not confirm due to technical timeouts, the gateway will automatically reverse the transaction to the original source within 3 to 7 working days.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all commercial transactions entered into with Shree Arham Jewels shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase, consultation, or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
